These archived presentations are provided for those interested in the topics of Quality and Agile in a software development and delivery context. TL;DR – it’s always about People. For example, the path of “testing” is a cultural and scientific one that I present in a different way from the popular test management and team practices that haven’t changed much since the 1980s. While this content represents milestones in my past, they are provided here for those now reaching the stage in their mastery practice where they are ready to move beyond “this is how it’s always been done.”

The audiences for these articles and presentations included: leaders (directors, managers, development leads), product owners and BA’s, project managers, scrum masters, testers, programmers, team coaches, and more.
