Visit my LinkedIn profile for background on my corporate career in place of a bio here. Some highlights of my corporate career include:
- Industry experience: agriculture, education, financial services, government / public sector, healthcare, logistics, marketing, scientific and engineering, and telecommunications.
- Travelled to locations across North America, Caribbean, South America, and Europe. I am an international speaker and have presented at conferences and taught teams virtually globally.
- From startups to Fortune 500 global enterprises, I worked as a management consultant, executive coach, trainer, digital expert, team coach, facilitator, mediator, and more.
- Topics covered include organizational change, leadership development, culture, emotional intelligence, psychological safety, lean startups, product ownership, service and product engineering, continuous improvement and quality assurance, Agile, Lean, DevOps, Security, Risk, Audit and Governance, and more. Focus ranged from technical and hands-on, to structural and organizational dynamics, to strategic business development for sustainable growth.
In 2024, I became a licensed psychotherapist and began my practice based in Canada. View my Psychology Today page for highlights on my specialities and expertise.
- My career journey on this path began in the early 2000s with my shift in focus from technical practices to deliver quality and excellence to the realization that human interactions have a stronger influence on quality outcomes.
- Over the past 20 years, my coaching practice evolved in step with my growing knowledge with human interaction models, therapy approaches, and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and hypnotherapy techniques to help people improve their confidence, communication, and relationships with others.
- In the early 2020s, I began studying for a master’s degree in counselling psychology and noticed the additional positive influence it had on my executive and leadership coaching outcomes. Today, I am licensed through the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and find that coaching is a subset of the tools in my therapeutic toolkit to help others achieve their desired outcomes.
I am passionate about helping others unlock their potential and am happy to provide options for them on the depth of personal work they feel they need – from coaching to therapy.
